1. General Information
1.1 We are YAM BGB SERVICES LIMITED, trading as Hakolino, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08370991). Registered office: First Floor, Winston House, 349 Regents Park Road, London, N3 1DH, United Kingdom. VAT No. 239818567.
1.2 These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Website Terms of Use) set out the legal terms on which we sell products (“Products”) on www.hakolino.com (the “Website”).
1.3 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not order Products.
1.4 You must be 18+ to place an order.
1.5 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force when you place your order apply. Where we must revise Terms as they apply to an existing order, we’ll give reasonable notice and you may cancel affected items for a full refund (including delivery) once returned at our cost.
1.6 We recommend you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.
1.7 These Terms and your order form constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
2. Product Information
2.1 Images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary by display. Packaging may differ.
2.2 Measurements may vary by up to 2cm.
2.3 We operate continuous product improvement and may amend specifications for future sales.
2.4 Products meet UK safety standards. Items sourced from the EU may include EU characteristics (e.g., EU plug). We will provide required UK accessories where applicable. Contact Customer Service before ordering if unsure.
2.5 Access & suitability: Please ensure the item fits and access is suitable (doorways, staircases, passageways, ceilings, bannisters, radiators, etc.). This guidance helps avoid delivery issues but does not affect your statutory right to cancel. If goods are returned, we may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
3. Fabrics (where applicable)
3.1 Natural fabrics may show slight batch variations.
3.2 We cannot accept responsibility for fading/discolouration from exposure to sunlight; different fabrics fade at different rates.
4. Ordering
4.1 The Website guides you through ordering and lets you check and amend errors before submitting.
4.2 You’re responsible for the accuracy of your order. If you spot an error, notify us before dispatch; additional costs may apply.
4.3 A contract forms when we send you an Acceptance Email.
4.4 If we cannot supply an item or meet the exact terms, we may offer a substitute of equal or better value. We will only proceed with your consent; otherwise we’ll refund you in full (including delivery).
5. Prices & Delivery Charges
5.1 Prices are as shown at checkout when you submit your order.
5.2 Prices include VAT (where applicable). If VAT changes after you order but before delivery, we’ll adjust unless you already paid in full.
5.3 Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
5.4 Pricing errors:

If the correct price is lower, we’ll charge the lower amount.

If the correct price is higher, we’ll contact you for instructions or cancel if we cannot reach you.

If an error is obvious and could reasonably be recognised as a misprice, we may cancel and refund.
6. Payment
6.1 We accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal. Payment (including delivery) is taken at order placement and processed after acceptance.
6.2 You confirm details are accurate, the payment method is yours, sufficient funds are available, and you are 18+. We may seek validation/verification before processing.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
7.1 Standard goods (non-personalised)
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To cancel, notify us within that period.
7.1.1 Made-to-order / personalised goods
These are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once production has begun. As a goodwill gesture, you may cancel before production starts; where we have already incurred costs, we may deduct reasonable, evidenced costs. This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty or mis-described.

7.3 Condition & packaging
Please return items in original packaging where possible; otherwise use suitable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
7.4 Refunds for standard goods
We will refund:

the product price, and
-
the cost of standard outbound delivery (where the order is cancelled in full).
Premium/expedited delivery is not refunded. We may deduct for diminished value from handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the goods.
7.5 Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, we can arrange a collection and deduct the quoted collection charge from your refund.
7.6 Refund timing & method
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier), to your original payment method.
7.7 Faulty or mis-described goods
If goods are faulty/mis-described, we will refund the product price, standard outbound delivery, and reasonable return costs, in line with your statutory rights.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery options are shown on the Website before you order.
8.2 We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes.
8.3 We’ll provide an estimated dispatch date by email/phone. We aim to meet estimates but cannot guarantee them. If delays occur, we’ll provide a revised estimate.
8.4 International shipments may incur customs/handling/import/export duties and may require licences/clearances; you’re responsible for these. Prices include UK VAT; we do not provide VAT/tax refunds based on location.
8.5 Delivery is complete when Products arrive at your address and are signed for by you or someone on your behalf. If delivery fails repeatedly (3 attempts for small items; 2 for large), we may treat the contract as cancelled and refund you minus delivery costs.
8.6 If an event outside our control delays supply, we’ll contact you and take steps to minimise effects. If there’s a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel for a refund of undelivered items.
8.7 Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive cleared payment in full (including delivery).
8.8 Deliveries are typically to your doorstep. If delivery is taken beyond the threshold, please ensure clear access and protect floors/belongings.
8.9 We are not responsible for moving/removing existing furniture unless pre-agreed.
8.10 Damage on delivery: Please report any delivery damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights. Keep items in original packaging where possible.
8.11 If we advise access is inadequate and you ask us to proceed, delivery is at your risk for property scuffs/scrapes.
8.12 Our liability for non-delivery is limited to refunding the price paid for such Products.
