Delivery
Standard Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders over £100 (Excludes IV, HS, ZE, KW, BT & IM postcodes)
- £6 delivery fee for orders under £100 (Excludes IV, HS, ZE, KW, BT & IM postcodes)
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Remote Areas
- IV, HS, KW & ZE postcodes – £15 delivery fee
- BT & IM postcodes – £30 delivery fee
- We are unable to deliver to JE or GY postcodes at this time.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

- Items should be returned in their original packaging (or suitable protective packaging).
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or evidence that you have sent it).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, we can arrange collection and deduct the charge from your refund.
- If your goods arrive faulty or mis-described, we will refund the product price, standard delivery, and reasonable return costs.
